Terms and Conditions
PASSENGERS REQUESTED INFORMATION TO PROCESS BOOKING/RESERVATION:

·  passenger nationality
·  passenger date of birth

PRICES: All prices are in US dollars (United States Dollars). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices include all services, transfers and excursions mentioned in the package except where indicated that they are not included. Prices do not include gratuities,  any personal expense, tips, airport departure tax or any other additional expenses not specified in the package.

PAYMENTS: Total payment in advance (30 days) is required before arrival to the country. Payments should be made by wire transfers to our account (details will be provided when closing package arrangement). When payment is processed through the bank, agency or passenger must fax TO +54 11 4805 1401 / ATN: TS Buenos Aires, BUEGay Argentina, BUERental Argentina and/or Lcdo. Alfredo H. C. Ferreyra the bank documentation or advise us by E-Mail that the complete transaction was processed. When payment is received in our account we will accordingly acknowledge receipt to the agency or passenger.

CANCELLATIONS: TS Buenos Aires, BUEGay Argentina, BUERental Argentina and/or Lcdo. Alfredo H. C. Ferreyra do not charge for cancellations if processed within 30 days before arrival to the country. If cancellations are requested within 30 days to arrival to the country, charges will be processed to the agency or passenger. Transfer cost may apply. If cancellations are requested within 1 week – 7 calendar days to arrival to the country, no refund will apply.

RESERVATIONS: TS Buenos Aires, BUEGay Argentina, BUERental Argentina and/or Lcdo. Alfredo H. C. Ferreyra will process all reservations related to the package (hotel, air ticket, tours, etc) according to the agency or passenger request. Reservations will be due 30 days before arrival to country. To process reservations payment please refer to PAYMENTS above.

RESPONSIBILITIES: TS Buenos Aires, BUEGay Argentina, BUERental Argentina and/or Lcdo. Alfredo H. C. Ferreyra are exclusively agents with legal limitations. TS Buenos Aires, BUEGay Argentina, BUERental Argentina and/or Lcdo. Alfredo H. C. Ferreyra will not be responsible for loss, damage, injury, delays, additional costs or any other irregularities which may be caused either by omissions or negligence of companies or individuals who provide transportation, accommodation or any other service related to the package.
