Año a año decoradores, arquitectos, diseñadores y paisajistas se dan cita en el espacio de diseño más importante de Argentina para mostrar las tendencias locales e internacionales en arquitectura, diseño interior y paisajismo con un alto nivel de excelencia.

Casa FOA, en su Edición N° XXVII, celebra el Bicentenario de nuestra patria en “Casa FOA La Defensa”, una sede que buscará reflejar el espíritu festivo. Se desarrollará desde el 1 de octubre al 14 de noviembre.

“Casa FOA La Defensa” se ubica sobre la calle Defensa 269, muestra viviente de la protección del patrimonio histórico, fiel al espíritu de esta exposición de reciclar edificios que cuentan nuestra historia. Una calle que conecta los barrios más antiguos del casco histórico la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (San Telmo, Montserrat y Barracas).

Esta edición como homenaje al Bicentenario, se caracterizará por una mirada a lo clásico, a lo nuestros. Contará con un concurso en el que se intervendrán artísticamente 20 sillas materas. También se exhibirán bancos de uso diario especialmente diseñados por varios artistas.

La muestra contará con la presencia de 4O espacios de arquitectura, diseño interior, arte y paisajismo, que ambientarán los 2500 metros cuadrados de superficie distribuidos en 3 pisos

BueGay - Breaking News: IGLTA First LGBT Organization in UNWTO

We are proud to announce that IGLTA was one of 14 Affiliate Members approved for admission in the World Tourism Organization on 26 October, a first for an LGBT organization. The decision was made during the 89th session of the UNWTO executive council. Twenty-six of the 31 states comprising the executive council were in attendance, a diverse group that includes Brazil, France, Egypt, India, Iran, South Africa, and the Russian Federation. UNWTO is a specialized agency of the United Nations and the leading international organization in the field of tourism, serving as a global forum for policy issues and a practical tourism resource. "We are certain that the relationship will be mutually beneficial as we exchange information on trends in world tourism and IGLTA helps to orientate UNWTO Affiliate Members in the world of LGBT travel," said UNWTO Director of Affiliate Members, Javier Blanco.
